Job Title: Risk Architect Location: Noida / Pune Experience: 7+ years in Credit Cards / Consumer Lending The Mission: You’ll be the architect of how we grow our Credit Card business responsibly yet aggressively. Partnering with the US Risk team, you’ll design frameworks, models, and strategies that directly influence the P&L while safeguarding against credit and fraud risks. What You’ll Do: - Underwriting Engine: Build next-gen “Yes/No” decision systems for card products.
- Credit Frameworks: Define line-of-credit determination, credit limit increase/decrease policies, and portfolio management strategies.
- Pricing Models: Develop risk-based APR frameworks to optimize Risk-Adjusted Margin (RAM).
