Architectural Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Your general role and responsibilities will involve work in a BIM environment.
• Assist the Project Architect with various aspects of the project, including pre-design analysis and feasibility studies, design, technical compliance and project documentation.
• Ensure project aligns with timelines, quality and regulatory standards.
• Assist the Project Architect to in the preparation of schematic and detailed design drawings, documentation and specifications fit for Authority Submission, Tender and Construction documentation in accordance with building codes, Authority guidelines, company standards and project and client requirements.
• Liaise with consultants and other project stakeholders on project coordination matters.
• Attend project-related meetings & participate in design and technical discussions.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Project Architect related to the nature of the work scope.
