RD Balderas Builders Inc. is looking for an Architectural Apprentice to join our growing team in Laoac, Pangasinan. This full-time role is ideal for a motivated individual who wants hands-on exposure to real projects—working closely with experienced architects from concept development to site execution.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Assist in preparing architectural drawings, plans, and design presentations
  • Support design development, revisions, and detailing in coordination with the team
  • Join site visits and client meetings to understand requirements and project direction
  • Conduct research, analysis, and material/product studies to support design decisions
  • Help prepare specifications, documentation, and drawing sets for construction
