Key Responsibilities

  • Assist architects and project managers in developing architectural designs for real estate projects
  • Prepare and revise drawings, plans, and layouts using CAD/BIM software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.)
  • Support feasibility studies, site analysis, and space planning
  • Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors during design and construction phases
  • Help prepare presentation materials, renderings, and design reports for internal review and clients
  • Review drawings for compliance with zoning, building codes, and local regulations
  • Conduct site visits to document progress and support quality control
  • Maintain organized project files and documentation
