Job Title: Architect
Location: Thane & Nagpur
Reporting To: Senior Architect / Head of Design / Project Head

Experience & Qualifications
  • Experience: 3 to 8 years in architectural design + execution, preferably in luxury residential / mixed-use real estate developments.
  • Good exposure to luxury finishes, high quality detailing, high-rise residential or villa projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture (B.Arch.), Master’s is a plus.
  • Proficiency in design & technical tools: AutoCAD, Revit / BIM, 3D visualization software, rendering tools.
  • Strong understanding of applicable building codes, local municipal regulations (Thane / Mumbai region), approvals and NOCs (e.g. MCGM, RERA).
  • Knowledge of sustainable design practices / green building rating systems is desirable.
