What You’ll Do

As part of our collaborative design team, you’ll help shape purposeful, sustainable and future‑ready spaces that make a lasting impact. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing clear direction, support, and accountability for the technical team to ensure strong performance and continuous development
• Ensuring seamless collaboration between architects, designers, engineers, and consultants to integrate all technical requirements into the design process
• Offering expert support on code compliance, design feasibility, and technical resolution of project challenges
• Overseeing Quality Assurance-Quality Control (QA/QC) processes to uphold high standards in design accuracy, documentation quality, and system performance
• Leading the specification of materials in coordination with design leads, ensuring they meet both design intent and technical performance standards
