Architect - Technical Development & Project Coordination

At Ames Arquitectos, an architecture studio specialising in high-end residential projects, we are looking to incorporate into our team an Architect with experience in the development of Basic Design Projects, who is keen to join a demanding, collaborative professional environment focused on architectural excellence.We are seeking a profile with a minimum of five years' professional experience, a solid knowledge of current regulations and their practical application, and the ability to develop projects with technical rigour, architectural judgement and meticulous attention to detail.

Main responsibilities:Development and coordination of Basic Design Projects at all stages.Interpretation and application of urban planning and building regulations.Coordination with internal teams and external consultants.Preparation of graphic and technical documentation to a high standard of accuracy.Support during the transition to subsequent project phases.
