Architect

Responsibilities

• Follows specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings.
• Preparation of both rough sketches and detailed work with CADD system.
• Communicates with Architects and Engineers, and incorporates feedback into drawings.
• Preparation, reviews and redrafts alongside Engineering team.
• Ensures final designs are compliant with building regulations.
• Identifies and communicates potential design problems to the rest of the team.
• Recommends alternative designs and finishes to the focal service stations.
• Attends to the request of concerned departments regarding needed as-built drawings of the station and/or preparation of as-built drawings as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in Computer-Aided Design and Drafting (CADD)
