Job Description

MAYA Design and Construction is currently looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
  • Licensed Architect (preferred)
  • With at least 1–3 years of experience in architectural design and planning
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software
  • Strong knowledge of building codes and construction standards
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare architectural designs, plans, and drawings
  • Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients
  • Conduct site visits and project inspections
  • Ensure design compliance with local building regulations
  • Assist in project planning and documentation
