- Must have an experience in planning, detailing, and design
- Can produce as built, proposed, working drawing plans
- Experience with auto cad, sketch up, lumion, photoshop, microsoft, and others
- Rendering software
- Must have experience in site inspection and coordination
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Architecture
- Licensed Architecture
- Trained in 2D and 3D Software
- Can manual sketch for quicker
- Approvals and Submittals
- At least 3-5 years experience in Master Planning and Site Coordination
