About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Architectural planning and master layouts for land, plots, and buildings
- 3D modeling, walkthroughs, and visualization support
- Coordination with civil, structural, and execution teams
- Regular site visits to Dholera for validation and supervision
- Compliance with development authority regulations
Qualifications:
- B.Arch / M.Arch preferred
- 4+ years’ experience in real estate and construction
- Willing to travel Ahmedabad & Dholera
- Strong communication and coordination skills
Required Skills:
- ArchiCAD
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp / Revit
- 3ds Max / Blender
- Lumion / Enscape / V-Ray
- Unreal Engine
- Illustrator
