- Purpose of Position
- To maintain architectural quality and ensure compliance with client's design vision and statutory requirements.
- The position performs in line with the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System, including the BV Code of Ethics and the BV Group policy
- Major Responsibilities
. Review and refine architectural drawings for towers and bungalows.
. Coordinate with structural and MEP teams to resolve conflicts.
. Inspect finishing and detailing at site for aesthetics and quality.
. Advise on material selection and cost optimization.
. Ensure compliance with AP building codes.
