Architect - Grade A

• Minimum 10 years solid experience in Consultant architectural design, drafting, detailing, coordination and monitoring.


• Prepare Developed Design, including coordinated and updated proposals for Architectural design, structure and building services systems coordination, outline specifications, cost information, and project strategies in accordance with design program and Permits regulations.


• Respond as accurately and appropriately as possible to the client’s needs and requirements


• Attending regular meeting with clients, contractors and other specialists


• To monitor the work in terms of quality, progress and costs as closely as is reasonably possible


• Good Knowledge of Procurement, Contracts, Site Supervisor.


• Language: English (required), Arabic (advantage)

• Graduate in 5 year course in Bachelor of Science in Architecture....
