General Description of Role and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain professional and meaningful relationships with the client to ensure program and project requirements are being satisfied.
  • Ensure the delivery of the contracted Design and Construction Management services to the client.
  • Reviewing submitted shop drawings and material submittals against the drawings & specifications, local codes and statutory requirements and international best practice
  • Ensuring compliance with all Hill internal processes and procedures.
  • Effective verbal and written communication proficiency.
  • Time management and task prioritization skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Informs themselves of the relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals and Procedures within Hill International and ensures continued compliance with these requirements while employed by Hill.
