Job Duties and Responsibilities

1. Project Planning and Execution

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, and schedule, to guide the successful execution of landscape architecture projects.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.

2. Design Integration and Management

• Act as the central coordinator between the design team (e.g., Landscape Architects, Technical Architects) and the construction team.
• Ensure the design intent and quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate design reviews and approvals from stakeholders.

3. Client Coordination and Communication
