Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced, detail-oriented Senior Architect to lead the complete pre-permit design phase for a premium, high-end residential
The primary goal of this phase is to develop the project from initial massing to a highly detailed, visually stunning package. The final deliverables will be used directly in executive pitch decks to secure investment and present the project inside and out to high-net-worth buyers.
MUST HAVE: All architectural drafting and modeling must be done strictly in Autodesk Revit. If you do not use Revit as your primary software, please do not apply.
Project Scope & Phases:
You will be responsible for taking the project from the raw topographical data up to the final pre-permit design stage. We will handle the local legal permitting and structural engineering separately; your focus is 100% on design, spatial perfection, and visual presentation.
