ArchiCAD Drafter

Requirements:

• Proficient in Archicad, with experience in model-based drafting and BIM workflows

• Minimum of 6 months hands-on experience in residential drafting using Archicad

• Strong understanding of BIM principles, including view and layout management, model accuracy, and documentation generation

• Knowledge of Australian residential drafting standards and construction methods is a strong advantage

• Ability to interpret architectural markups and apply changes accurately within the model

• High attention to detail, especially in producing clean and well-organized documentation (plans, elevations, sections, schedules, etc.)

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English

• Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig; must be able to commute or relocate nearby
