Arcade Worker (Amusement)

GENERAL PURPOSE

Arcade team members work directly with our operations supervisors, customer service department and management staff. They are responsible for providing a safe and fun environment for our guests in the arcade area while assisting with the maintenance of our arcade machines and redemption counter.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in maintaining prize displays, receiving inventory, and re-stocking of the redemption counter.
• Works with arcade vendor to assist guests with game concerns including ticket jams and educates

guests how to play the games.

• Observes all arcade room activity while promoting safety and understanding of arcade policies.
• Assists guests with redeeming tickets for prizes.
• Ensures all games are fully operational, stocked of tickets and clean.
• Attends regularly scheduled staff meetings, training programs as required.
