Job Description
Provide advanced technical support for customer networks, focusing on troubleshooting, resolution, and optimization of Juniper routing platforms. Act as a subject-matter expert for customer infrastructure, ensuring timely issue resolution, knowledge sharing, and mentoring of peers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Issue Resolution: Lead and drive troubleshooting for customer-reported issues, isolating product problems at hardware/software level and providing final fixes.
- Lab Replication & Testing: Replicate customer environments in lab settings to validate issues and solutions.
- Customer Advocacy: Understand the customer network environment, topology, features, configurations, and business impact to accelerate resolution.
