Your Missions
Reporting To The Accounting Manager, You Will Be Working In Close Collaboration With a Team Of 3-4 Accountants On The Accounts Payable Cycle (60-80%), And Support The Team On Accounts Receivable And Other Ad-hoc Tasks (20-40%)

• Reconcile AP invoices with Purchase Orders
• Record vendor invoices into the accounting system
• Prepare payment batches on a weekly basis
• Reconcile and book vendor payments
• Manage the accounting inbox and vendor communications
• Update and maintain vendor database
• Validate Employee Expenses and Credit Card transactions
