Responsibilities :
Supporting our global customers via email, phone, and webcasts, guiding customers, partners and Sales Engineers in product installation, operations, and troubleshooting.
Maintaining and updating the knowledge base, participating in the buildup of the support organization.
Introducing support methodologies, tools and more.
Working in tight integration with the global support teams as well as with R&D, Delivery and Product management.
