Job Description
Arabic Customer Service Executive – Freight Forwarding provides help and advice to customers about available services. Communicates courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter, and face to face. Works closely with the team to oversee daily cargo requests and operations. Proactively recommends improvements to increase sales performance. Investigates and solves customers’ problems whilst working closely with the Head of Business Development.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with MS Office knowledge
- At least 2 years’ experience in Sales
- Excellent communication skills. Required languages:
- Arabic
- English
