Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve claims related to denials and rejections.
  • Handle physician billing and follow up with insurance companies in the US healthcare domain.
  • Call insurance companies for claim status, payments, and denials.
  • Review and analyze accounts, work towards reducing A/R days.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in AR calling for US healthcare.
  • Strong understanding of denial management and physician billing.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Knowledge of US healthcare industry, including insurance and claim procedures.
