Overview:

Successful candidate manages the full billing lifecycle, from indexing, billing and posting and final stage of the billing cycle, ensuring all generated invoices are submitted accurately and compliantly through the required customer-specific channels, and supported with complete documentation to drive timely acceptance, payment, and improved cash flow.


Qualifications:

  • College graduate
  • 4 years of experience in processing both billing and invoice submission
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task effectively
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • High sense of urgency and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Must be willing to work night shift schedules (US hours) and during PH Holidays.
  • Must be able to work at Alabang, Muntinlupa when work in the office resumes (temp WFH).
