We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Analyst / Supervisor to support our Philippines business, based in Manila, working closely with regional and local stakeholders.
What you'll do:
Oversee the day-to-day accounts receivable operations, including invoicing, billing, collections, and cash application.
Track and maintain all documentation related to sales recognition and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Support distributors and internal stakeholders on order-to-cash inquiries and issue resolution.
Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely and accurate invoice payments, and follow up on overdue balances as needed.
Perform monthly and quarterly balance sheet reconciliations related to order-to-cash accounts in line with the closing schedule.
