Aptitude & Arithmetic Trainer

Role Summary:
The Aptitude & Arithmetic Trainer is responsible for training students in quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and arithmetic concepts to enhance their problem-solving abilities and improve performance in competitive exams, campus placements, and internal assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver structured training sessions in Quantitative Aptitude, Arithmetic, and Logical Reasoning
Design lesson plans aligned with placement, competitive exam, and curriculum requirements
Conduct regular practice tests, mock exams, and assessments
Evaluate student performance and provide individual feedback and improvement strategies
Develop and update training materials, worksheets, and question banks
Motivate students and build confidence in numerical and analytical skills
Coordinate with placement cell / academic departments for training schedules
Track attendance, progress reports, and training outcomes
