APS 6 level Case Management

HOBAN Recruitment is seeking experienced APS6 level Case Managers to join a high-performing external review team within a federal government environment. In this role, you will manage complex and sensitive matters, working within a legislative framework to support fair, timely and well-reasoned outcomes.
You will be responsible for end-to-end case management of external review matters, exercising sound judgement, critical thinking and initiative while working to tight tribunal deadlines.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a portfolio of complex external review and tribunal matters from start to resolution
• Analysing legislation, policy and evidence to develop resolution options and recommendations
• Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to resolve disputes effectively
