Job Description
We are seeking a Product Engineer based in Mexicali, Mexico, to lead and support various technical activities involved in the manufacturing of ICN products. This position requires strong communication skills, teamwork, and close collaboration with global manufacturing and engineering teams.Define and optimize manufacturing processes considering testing requirements and collaboration with cross-functional product development teams.
- Act as the local factory contact for R&D and NPI Product Engineers during early development stages.
- Prepare and deliver regular project status reports (written and verbal) in English.
- Introduce and validate new manufacturing processes, including setup, commissioning, and training.
- Support automation initiatives and monitor product testing activities.
- Contribute to FAE (First Article Evaluation) creation as part of quality assurance during product launches.
