The Role

As an Apprenticeship Skills Coach , you will play a pivotal role in supporting engineering and manufacturing apprentices throughout their learning journey. You will provide structured guidance, coaching and encouragement to ensure apprentices develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to succeed in their programme and progress confidently into industry.
