Role Overview:

As an Apprentice Trainee in the Learning & Development (L&D) team, you will play a key role in supporting Learning Partners with stakeholder engagement and the coordination of administrative activities. This role is ideal for someone passionate about learning, highly organized, and eager to gain hands-on experience in corporate L&D operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Learning Partners in managing internal and external stakeholder communications.
  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and meetings.
  • Maintain and update training calendars, attendance records, and feedback forms.
  • Support the preparation of training materials, presentations, and reports.
  • Help track learning metrics and compile data for analysis and reporting.
