Job Summary:

The role is within The Salvation Army 17-bed Assessment Hub, Howard House. You will work collaboratively within the Hub, developing the services’ multi-agency approach and supporting residents to progress on their individual journeys through the stages of the Isle of Wight Homelessness Pathway.

Key Responsibilities: As Apprentice Support Worker you will work towards over a 21 month fixed term contract. You will learn to develop and deliver a high-quality person-centred programme of support, promoting client’s strengths, independence and choice. You will learn the necessary skills to address client support needs, enable them to achieve positive life changes and ultimately empower them to lead fulfilling lives.
