Apprentice Site Maintenance
(Hourly Rate $ $34.32)
Location: Windsor, ON
Reporting to the Supervisor, Fleet & Site, the successful applicant will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of a variety of the heating, ventilation, air conditioning equipment, as well as all other aspects of the building environment. The duties include but are not limited to monitoring, coordinating and carrying out requests from departments within the company on a daily basis, assisting in the planning and execution of significant capital projects (i.e. renovations, HVAC, Controls, Carpentry, Fabrication etc.), minor electrical and plumbing repairs and installations, brush and yard maintenance, minor construction including drywall, painting and carpentry, monthly maintenance on building emergency systems, coordinating and assisting with the supervision of contractors while providing services, assistin...
