Scope and Responsibilities - Responsible for end to end inside sales coordination management Profitability Management.

Should be able to understand PO terms, Work order, contract agreement, etc.

Co-ordinate among sales team, operations, engineering, accounts, logistics and installation to facilitate orders entry, production & dispatch etc.

Maintaining good relationships with customers by working closely with the sales team.

Interact with customers on progress of order and resolve complaints.
