  • The base apprentice wage rate for this position is $540.59 gross per week, plus 17.5% annual leave loading and up to 12.65% superannuation.
  • This is a Temporary Full time position for 4 years.

    Within the Environment and
    Community Services Group, the Property Services Branch is
    responsible for a vast array of diverse assets from iconic Heritage
    Listed assets such as the Empire Theatre and Toowoomba City Hall,
    through to libraries, aquatic centres, depots, administration and
    other key community buildings, work in parks on parks
    infrastructure, as well as contributing to the maintenance of key
    road infrastructure such as traffic lights and street lighting.
