**Job Description**
The Finance trainee apprentice will be responsible for supporting key financial and accounting processes within the organization. The role will involve structured training, collaboration and opportunity to experience the dynamic world of Amex Finance every day.
**Responsibilities**
+ Prepare accounting entries, daily liquidity ratios and assist with other routine daily/month-close tasks, as assigned
+ Prepare standard financial reports, under supervision
+ Perform basic data analysis, including creating spreadsheets, summarizing financial information, identifying trends and drafting variance commentary
+ Collaborate with other Finance teams/functions to gather relevant financial information to meet the requirements of the role
+ Provide tactical support to ongoing projects
