Description

• Preparing salad garnishes and sandwich fillings ready for service

• Preparing basic cakes and pastries

• Plating up all food from the kitchen, breakfasts, lunches and buffets

• Filling in temperature records

• Checking off deliveries

• Assisting chefs in all day to day duties including deep cleaning and pot washing duties in a morning.
