Role and Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook and present food that meets specifications and customer expectations.
  • Maintain hygiene levels and kitchen safety regulations to ensure safety for the team and visitors.
  • Communicate clearly with the team to deliver high‑quality meals on time.
  • Keep up to date with new products, menus and promotions.

Training and Apprenticeship

The apprenticeship spans 15 months, culminating in a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship Qualification. It includes:
