Key responsibilities:
Assist in handling Client submissions of Reinsurance contracts Processing of client reinsurance accounts (premiums, claims, brokerage, ensure quality standards are met Capture accurate claim information by referring to claim advice after checking contract documents/conditions Ensure financial transactions/payments are in adherence to processes and guidelines, quality management framework and key controls Timely collection of funds (Accounts Receivable), keeping track of financials for the team. Timely follow-ups and escalation of issues to management and/or senior management as appropriate Manage assigned tasks effectively to achieve agreed service/business standards Contact internal business partners to resolve any long pending operational issues Any other ad-hoc/admin related tasks as required from time to time th...
