Job Description

As an Apprentice at GROB, you will participate in a comprehensive training program designed to provide you with hands-on training and education in either a mechanical or electrical pathway. Throughout the program, you will train in our apprenticeship labs, receive on-the-job training from experienced workers, and earn a company-paid Associate degree in Engineering Technology through Rhodes State College. This unique opportunity will equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to become a technician in various mechanical and electrical departments within the GROB facility.

Apprentices will specialize in either a mechanical or electrical pathway depending on their interests, ability, and company need. A Basic Training period at the beginning of the program will provide apprentices with experience in both pathways before specialization decisions are made.
