Job Summary


The Appraiser will be responsible for conducting property appraisals through desk reviews and on-site inspections to support loans, restructuring, foreclosure, dacion, and property sales endorsed by various business units.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the requesting party/contact person on the property requested for appraisal.

  • Prepare desk appraisal to establish market values using internal and external sources such as internet, broadsheets, Classified Ads or inquiries from known Real Estate Brokers or Agents.
