Position Title: Appointment Setter / Admin Assistant
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm NSW, AU Time or 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM PH Time
Holiday to follow: NSW, AU Holidays
Workdays: Mon - Fri
Work Set-up: Work From Home or office.
Work Details: Full-time
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative / Appointment Coordinator to support our NSW-based client in the construction industry. This role combines general administrative duties with appointment setting and client follow-ups. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, have excellent communication skills, and be comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced construction environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Schedule and manage appointments from pre-collected leads for construction projects
· Perform general administrative duties across the business
· Manage emails, calendar, and client communications efficiently
