Outbound Appointment Setter – Qualifications

1. Education & Experience

  • Previous experience in outbound calling, lead generation, or telemarketing preferred.
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or appointment setting is a strong advantage.

2. Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to engage prospects professionally.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and handling rejection gracefully.
  • Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and/or time tracking tools like Time Doctor.
  • Organized and detail-oriented to manage leads, follow-ups, and appointments efficiently.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined, able to work independently in a remote environment.
