Key Responsibilities



* Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and industry contacts

* Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team

* Support sales initiatives through lead qualification and relationship-building

* Gather detailed project information and accurately document findings

* Communicate professionally with architects, designers, contractors, developers, and decision-makers

* Follow established scripts, processes, and qualification guidelines

* Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-up activities

* Track and manage leads through CRM systems

* Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process

* Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call, appointment, and performance targets

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth lead handoff and appointment management
