We are looking for a highly experienced Appointment Setter with at least 5 years of experience (combined), preferably with a BPO background, to join our growing team.

This role requires someone confident on the phone, results-driven, and experienced in handling outbound calls, follow-ups, and appointment booking with professionalism and persistence.

Key Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to warm and cold leads
• Set qualified appointments for the sales team
• Follow up with prospects via calls, SMS, and email
• Handle objections confidently and professionally
• Maintain accurate records in CRM
• Track daily call metrics and appointment conversions
• Coordinate with internal team regarding scheduled appointments
