Location~ Remote (U.S. calling hours required) Schedule~ Monday–Friday, 9~00 a.m.–6~00 p.m. Central Time (1‑hour lunch) Position Type~ Full‑time

About the Role We're seeking a motivated Outbound Cold Caller to connect with mom‑and‑pop self‑storage owners across the U.S.

  • Primary focus~ High‑volume outbound cold calling to qualify interest and hand off warm leads
  • Secondary support~ Occasional inbound call backup via RingCentral (screening & routing)
  • Tools & training~ CRM tracking, scripts, and onboarding provided

Responsibilities

  • Place high‑volume outbound cold calls to provided lead lists
  • Document prospect fit and maintain accurate CRM notes
  • Transfer warm/qualified leads to Richard & Robert; schedule appointments
  • Serve as RingCentral backup~ route billing calls to Robert, property issues to Richard
  • Request basic info when appropriate (T12, NOI, unit mix)
