This is a full-time remote role for an Appointment Setter. The role involves contacting potential clients via phone or email to schedule appointments, maintaining detailed records of client interactions, and ensuring a seamless scheduling process. Other day-to-day tasks may include following up with leads, confirming appointments, and working collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company goals.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Setting Appointments, Appointment Scheduling, and Lead Generation
Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Proficiency in using CRM tools or scheduling software
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is advantageous
High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
Basic Salary: 7,500 Rand per month
OTE: 10,000 Rand per month
