**Job Title**: Appointment Coordination Expert (ACE) - Customer Service Representative

**Schedule**: 10 AM to 7 PM with 2 days off

Appointment Coordination Experts (ACEs) are ListenTrust’s customer service representatives. They are responsible for persuading customers to visit our centers while educating and motivating callers about our solutions. As the first point of contact, ACEs play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for ListenTrust.
