Appointment Setter

We are a growing manufactured home dealership and real estate investment company seeking a highly motivated Appointment Setter / Cold Caller to support both our sales and acquisitions teams. This is a high-activity role for someone who is confident on the phone, driven by results, and comfortable handling both warm and cold outreach.
This position has two primary responsibilities. First, you will set appointments for our sales team by calling new online leads from Facebook, our website, and other sources. You will also follow up with aged leads in our CRM, qualify prospects, and book confirmed appointments at our sales center.
Second, you will call off-market property owners from provided lists to determine whether they are interested in selling. You will identify motivation, gather price expectations, and either set appointments or warm transfer qualified sellers to our acquisitions team.
