Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate AHIP Certification for new hire applicants, ensuring timing aligns with training plans.
  • Track agents' progress to obtain required client appointments and ensure milestones are met.
  • Partner with Licensing team and support tracking of state licensing requirements and documentation.
  • Support reimbursement of employee costs by sending receipts to HR.
  • Coordinate with client to transfer state accreditation and maintain most current licensure.
  • Maintain tracking files for each agent, including Ready To Sell (RTS) status.
  • Work with agents, state agencies and client contracting contacts to resolve roadblocks and escalations.
  • Perform accurate database entry and data management.
  • Maintain contact with state insurance agencies to expedite agent applications.
  • Attend Day 1 New Hire Orientation to explain licensing responsibilities and RTS requirements.
