Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to use testing/measurement tools.
  • Visual acuity for detailed work.
  • Must be able to work in office and shop environment as necessary.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Engineering Technology preferred.
  • Entry-level to one year Engineering design experience. Individual must be able to work and coordinate Engineering activities in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
  • Computer literacy required; Excel, MS Office, and CAD (Pro-E/CREO) drawings.
  • Potential to develop strong organizational and presentation skills.
  • Proven project leadership ability and successful record of completing assignments.
  • Must possess strong hands-on skills with mechanical fasteners and their respective engineering properties, heat treating, and plating processes.
